Ingredients

  • 300 g berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, currants or mixed)
  • 300 g cream quark
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • Sugar or sweetener
  • 200 ml heavy cream, whipped until stiff

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark and yoghurt together until smooth. Stir in the selected berries whole or mixed, season with vanilla sugar and sugar. Finally fold in the whipped cream.
  2. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
