Berry Mix with Whipped Cream

• 100 g berries, mixed, frozen
• 25 g quark, 20%
• 30 g natural yourt
• 50 ml sweet cream
• 1 bag vanilla sugar

Instructions

1. Pour the thawed berries and the resulting juice into a dessert glass.
2. Mix the quark and yogurt in a small bowl. In a tall mixing bowl, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until it is semi-stiff and fold into the yoghurt mixture.
3. Spread the cream mixture on the berries in the glass and chill the dessert for 30 minutes.
4. Garnish with mint and some berries and serve.
