Ingredients

  • 400 g strawberries
  • 200 g raspberries
  • 100 g currants (currants), red
  • 100 g currants (currants), black
  • 100 g suar
  • 3 cl amaretto
  • 3 cl Cointreau
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine
  • 500 ml white wine
  • Ice, cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash all the berries, cut the strawberries. Put in a bowl and mix with sugar, pour Cointreau and Amaretto over the top. Put the lid on the pot and let it stand in the dark for 3 days (the longer the mixture stands, the stronger the punch will be).
  2. Before serving, spread ice cubes over the fruit and fill up with white wine and sparkling wine.
