Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in a water bath. Add 5 egg yolks and the flour. Beat the egg whites in an extra bowl and add the sugar. Mix the egg whites with the chocolate mass.
  2. Grease a springform pan with butter and pour in the batter.
  3. Bake at 160 ° for approx. 50 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with cocoa if necessary. Serve with fruit and cream.
