- 50 grams flour
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ baking powder
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 3 egg (s)
- 225 g chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 130 g butter
- 2 Table spoons milk

- Beat the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and eggs in a hot water bath until frothy. Melt 100 g chocolate, cocoa powder and 100 g butter, add to the egg mixture, stir.
- Pour into a springform pan (20 cm Ø) lined with baking paper (e.g. baking aluminum foil), bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C (top and bottom heat), 160 ° C (hot air) for 25 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, turn over. Heat the rest of the chocolate, the rest of the butter and milk, allow to cool slightly, pour over the cake and spread.
