The gourmet restaurant, whose name means “Three Fish”, is located in the open area of ​​the Stary Hotel. The local chef Krzysztof Yurek has extensive experience in various restaurants in Warsaw and Italy. Here he prepares signature dishes that perfectly combine traditional and modern elements. The menu here is exclusively seasonal. In the spring and in the hot season, fresh vegetables, asparagus, artichokes are served here, so it makes sense to choose dumplings with goat cheese, artichokes, and truffles. In the autumn season, here, for the most part, you can find game, mushrooms, as well as edible flora related to this season. Here you should order duck liver flavored with caramel, saffron, and celery. The chef here is Pavel Kras, who has trained both in Poland and in other countries. The menu is seasonal. Something like bouillabaisse is seasoned with bok-choy cabbage, onions, shrimps. Now they serve, for example, lamb sausage flavored with rhubarb, wild elderberry, and juniper, chicken with home-made local buckwheat soufflé, mashed potatoes with leek and ginger, and local cheeses. Well, as an appetizer in this restaurant, lamb flavored with sorrel, sea buckthorn, and spinach is not bad, you can also try herring caught in the Baltic territory, seasoned with onions, young potatoes, and yogurt.
