Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg minced beef, seasoned
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 medium cucumber (s)
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 1 small Head iceberg lettuce
  • 9 slices cheese (toast cheese)
  • Ketchup and hamburger sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat to taste and knead in the egg white, if necessary also season with herbs. Press evenly into a greased springform pan and bake at 180 ° C for 70-90 minutes.
  2. Cut the onions into rings, wash and slice the cucumbers, wash and slice the tomatoes, wash the head of lettuce, discard the outer leaves and set aside for the burger.
  3. Cut open the flatbread, put ketchup and hamburger sauce on the lower half, place cucumber slices on top, generously spread lettuce leaves on top, then comes the minced meatball, then the toast cheese. Place onions on top of the cheese, then top with cucumber and tomatoes and again lettuce leaves. Finally, pour some ketchup and hamburger sauce on the salad, put the flatbread lid on and serve while it is still warm.
