Ingredients
- 1 lemon (s) or bergamot
- 500 ml water
- 1 pinch spice mixture (coffee spice)
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1 cup coffee or 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder, decaffeinated if desired

- Cut 4 pieces of peel the size of a thumbnail each from the lemon or bergamot and place in a large cup. Then add a little boiling water and let stand for 20 to 30 minutes so that the lemon or bergamot aroma can develop.
- Then add agave syrup and coffee spices and pour over the finished, hot filter coffee or add 2 teaspoons of instant coffee powder and pour boiling water.
- Note: I use Sonnentor coffee spices, which are a mixture of cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, allspice and mace.
