Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon spelled
  • 2 tablespoon buckwheat
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 g natural yourt
  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 50 g raisins, unsulphurized
  • 1 tablespoon apricot (s), dried, finely diced
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1 banana (s), diced
  • 1 cup fruit, fresh your choice (strawberries are particularly tasty)
  • 0.25 ¼ vanilla pod (s), the pulp it
  • 1 teaspoon ascorbic acid (vitamin C powder)
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it

Instructions

  1. Soak the spelled and buckwheat in water the evening before. The next morning, rinse thoroughly in a fine sieve.
  2. In the morning, put all the other ingredients in a bowl and stir. Add the grains and mix in.
