Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 with a slide Art. sour cream spoons
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 0.3333 teaspoon of baking soda pays off 1 teaspoon. vinegar 9%
  • 0.3333 teaspoon vanillin
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon. flour
  • mold oil
  • crackers or flour for dusting the mold
  • 4-5 not very large apples, preferably winter ones

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough: sour cream, sugar, eggs, vanillin, soda, slaked with vinegar, cinnamon, flour. The dough should be semi-liquid, without lumps.
  2. Cut the apples into pieces, pour them into a bowl with the dough and mix so that the apples are all in the dough.
  3. Put the dough into a mold, greased with butter, and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes, in the middle position of the oven rack. The cake must be baked on top and bottom. We check with a wooden stick.
  5. We take out the ring with apples from the split form and put it on a plate.
