Biscuit Сake with Kiwi, Bananas and Custard (without Baking)

An incredibly delicate and delicious cake made from cookies with kiwi, bananas, and custard will be a real boon for those who do not want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, but at the same time are trying to surprise their guests. The cake is prepared without baking and looks charming on the table!

Ingredients

  • Chocolate cookies – 400 g + 5 pcs. for sprinkling the cake
  • Kiwi – 250 g (2-3 pcs.)
  • Bananas – 2 pcs. (350 g)
  • Milk – 80 g

For the cream:

  • Milk – 250 g
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 75 g
  • Flour – 1.5 tbsp (20 g)

For glaze:

  • Dark chocolate – 50 g
  • Cream 20% fat – 30 ml

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Remove the butter from the refrigerator to warm up and soften.

Instructions

  1. Break an egg into a saucepan and add sugar. Add flour sifted through a sieve to the pan with egg and sugar. Pour milk into a saucepan and stir until smooth. Place the saucepan on low heat and, stirring occasionally, bring until thickened. This will take about 5-7 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and cover the cream with plastic wrap in contact with the surface. Move the pan of cream to a cool place and cool completely. Remove the film from the cream and beat a little until smooth.
  2. Place the soft butter in a bowl and beat with a mixer at high speed for 5 minutes, until fluffy. While whisking, add a little of the custard, whisking each time until smooth. Beat the cream for a few more minutes, until smooth. Cover the rectangular shape (the size of my shape is 16×24 cm) with foil or plastic wrap. Lubricate the bottom and sides with a thin layer of cream.
  3. Pour cold milk into a bowl. Dip the cookies one at a time in the milk. Place the first layer of cookies on the bottom of the mold in one layer. Apply the cream to the cookie layer. Peel the kiwi and cut into very thin slices. Place half of the kiwi on top of the greased biscuits.
    Peel and slice the bananas. Spread the banana slices on top of the kiwi. Brush some of the creams over the fruit completely.
  4. Add another layer of the milk-soaked cookies. Layer a layer of fruit and cover with cream. The last layer should be a layer of cookies dipped in milk. Cover the surface of the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours to soak. Remove the cake from the refrigerator and flip the cake pan onto a board or platter. Remove the plastic wrap.
  5. Break the chocolate into pieces. Heat the cream and pour over the chocolate. Stir everything until smooth. Transfer the chocolate mass to a pastry bag and paint the pattern on the surface of the cake. Grind five pieces of the chocolate chip with a blender into small crumbs. Sprinkle the sides with cookie crumbs. A cake of cookies with kiwi, bananas, and custard is ready.
