Ingredients

  • 3 bottles schnapps (double grain)
  • 6 g peppermint, dried
  • 6 g sae, dried
  • 6 g yarrow, dried
  • 6 star anise
  • 6 g anelica root, dried
  • 3 g coriander (capsules)
  • 3 g cardamom pods
  • 9 g fennel
  • 6 g centaury, dried
  • 9 g caraway seeds
  • 10 clove (s)
  • 1 orange (s), untreated, the peel it
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated, the zest it
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, the size a walnut
  • 160 g rock suar, brown
  • 9 g anise

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a mason jar or another sufficiently large and sealable container. Let it steep in a warm place (e.g. window sill) for approx. 4 - 6 weeks.
  2. Then filter (e.g. coffee filter, nano sieve) and fill back into the original bottles.
  3. Tip: I buy the specified herbs from the pharmacy.
