  • 1 ½ liters water
  • 6 slices farmer`s bread (s), stale, good
  • 1 tablespoon beef broth (extract)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • pepper
  • 1 pair sausages (Frankfurter)

Instructions

  1. Boil the bread in the water until soft. Let cool and mix finely. Add the spices, beef stock extract and margarine, bring to the boil again. Slice the heated sausages and add them to the soup.
  2. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
