Ingredients

  • 500 g currants, black
  • 400 g rock suar (crumbly), brown
  • 2 bottles vodka
  • 1 vanilla pod, slit open

Instructions

  1. Put the washed currants and all other ingredients in a sufficiently large glass or bottle.
  2. Strain the fruit after about 8 weeks (when the sugar has dissolved). Filter the liqueur if necessary, then fill it in bottles.
  3. Use the vodka berries for jam.
