Ingredients
- 500 g currants, black
- 400 g rock suar (crumbly), brown
- 2 bottles vodka
- 1 vanilla pod, slit open

- Put the washed currants and all other ingredients in a sufficiently large glass or bottle.
- Strain the fruit after about 8 weeks (when the sugar has dissolved). Filter the liqueur if necessary, then fill it in bottles.
- Use the vodka berries for jam.
