Ingredients

  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup cream
  • Kirsch brandy, to taste
  • 1 glass morello cherries
  • Grated chocolate

Instructions

  1. Using milk, pudding powder and sugar, cook a pudding according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool.
  2. When the pudding is cold, whip up with kirsch. Whip the cream until stiff and stir into the pudding.
  3. Drain the cherries. Put a few in a bowl, top with shredded chocolate and pudding.
  4. Then again layer cherries, chocolate shavings and pudding on top. Finally, distribute the cherries and chocolate flakes on the pudding.

  6. Cling film over the hot pudding to cool down prevents the skin and you don`t have to constantly stir the pudding.
