Ingredients

  • 1 glass morello cherries
  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (bourbon)
  • some sugar

For decoration:

  • some chocolate sprinkles
  • 6 morello cherries

Instructions

  1. Mix the low-fat quark, vanilla sugar and sugar together. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark (save some cream for decorating).
  2. Drain the cherries very well and divide them into dessert bowls (save some for decoration). Now spread the cream on the cherries, spread the chocolate sprinkles on top and put a cherry on top. Drape another cherry on top and put everything in a cool place until serving.
