Ingredients

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 225 g butter
  • 225 grams sugar
  • 150 g hazelnuts
  • 5 tablespoon cocoa powder, instant (e.g. Kaba)
  • 2 ½ tablespoon cocoa
  • 3 orange (s), the juice it
  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • 75 g flour
  • 1 ½ pack baking powder
  • 6 egg whites, beaten until stiff

For the set:

  • 500 ml cream
  • 2 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • Chocolate sprinkles, whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Beat the egg yolks, butter and sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the remaining ingredients. Fold in the egg whites.
  2. Pour the mixture into a springform pan (28 mm) lined with baking paper and bake for about 45 minutes. Carry out a knitting needle test to see whether the base is baked through.
  3. Then let the bottom cool down. Brush with the whipped cream with vanilla sugar and sprinkle with milk chocolate sprinkles.
