Ingredients
- 5 stalks mint
- 50 ml mango syrup (bar syrup, e.g. RIOBA)
- 350 ml mineral water or tap water, cold
- some ice cubes, optional

- Rinse the mint in cold water, squeeze something in your hand if necessary and put it in a glass.
- Add ice cubes, top up with water and syrup.
- The recipe is enough for a large glass, as with Peter Pane, alternatively for the syrup simply keep a mixing ratio of 1 to 6 or 1 to 7 to the water.
