Ingredients

  • 40 g oat flakes, fine
  • 2 banana (s)
  • 100 g quark, (low-fat quark)
  • 150 g yourt, (skimmed yourt)
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 20 g suar
  • liter ⅛ milk

Instructions

  1. Bring ⅛ liter of water to a boil over high heat. Sprinkle in the oat flakes and stir. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir the blackberries into the oat mixture and divide among serving bowls.
  3. Blend the bananas with the quark, yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, and milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the banana cream over the blackberries and oats in the bowls.
