Ingredients

  • 500 g blackberries
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • 60 ml cassis, alternatively currant juice
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 200 g cream, whipped until stiff
  • 12 biscuit (s), (Amarettini)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain the blackberries. Set aside 100 g for decoration.
  2. Puree the rest of the berries with the vanilla sugar and liqueur. Pour 1 tablespoon of the puree into 6 glasses. Set aside another 6 tablespoon fruit pulp.
  3. Mix the rest of the fruit pulp with the quark and sugar. Pour the cream into the blackberry cream and distribute over the glasses. Decorate with the remaining blackberries, fruit pulp and amarettini.
