Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 175 g butter
  • 175 grams sugar
  • 200 g marzipan
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 1 pack cake icing, (chocolate icing)
  • 1 handful breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Make a batter from flour, eggs, baking powder, butter, sugar and marzipan.
  2. Cut the drained pineapple into strips and fold in.
  3. Put the dough in a bread pan that has been buttered and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake at 175 degrees C for about 65 minutes.
  4. Cover the cooled cake with melted chocolate icing and decorate with candied pineapple if necessary.
