Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon flour (any type except corn flour)
- 4 tablespoon oatmeal
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 egg (or equivalent amount egg substitute, health food store)
- 4 tablespoon milk (can also be soy milk or water)
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 banana (s)

- Cut the banana into thin slices. Mix all other ingredients together in a very large cup or microwave-safe bowl, mixing in the bananas last.
- Place the cup in the microwave oven and bake the cake on the highest setting for 5-6 minutes.
- Be careful, it`s very, very hot when it`s done. Let stand for a good 2 minutes, then turn out onto a plate and enjoy after cooling.
