Ingredients
- 750 ml juice, unsweetened blood orange juice
- 650 g strawberries
- 100 ml Campari
- 500 g preservin suar, super preservin suar (for 1.5 k fruit)

- Add the chopped strawberries and Campari to the blood orange juice. Add the preserving sugar and stir in. Let simmer for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Do not forget the gel test!
