Ingredients

  • 2 oranges (blood oranges), untreated or washed off very hot
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated
  • 1 liter wine, rosé
  • 250 ml kirsch
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s), halved lengthways

Instructions

  1. Put the thinly peeled peel of the blood oranges and the lemon as well as the juice together with the remaining ingredients in a container. Cover and leave to stand in a dark, cool place for 5-6 weeks. Shake again and again so that the sugar dissolves.
  2. Strain and fill into bottles.
  3. Let ripen for at least another 10 days, then enjoy.
