Ingredients

  • 400 g blueberries
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer
  • 1 packet sauce powder for vanilla sauce, without boiling
  • some sweetener

Instructions

  1. Wash the blueberries, put 50 g each in four dessert bowls. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener. Add sour cream and vanilla sauce powder and continue to beat until stiff. Finally, add a little sweetener to taste. Spread the cream on the blueberries. Put the rest of the berries on top of the cream.
