Ingredients

  • 150 grams flour
  • 100 g almond (s), rated
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • some ground cinnamon
  • 125 ml oil
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 150 g yourt
  • 100 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • Almond flakes for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  2. Mix the flour, almonds, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Mix the oil, eggs and yoghurt in a second bowl and add to the other ingredients in the bowl. Mix briefly with a wooden spoon. Add the blueberries and fold in. Spread the batter evenly in the muffin pan and sprinkle with flaked almonds.
  4. Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
  5. Sufficient for 12 muffins.
