Blueberry Cheesecake with Nuts

Do you want to please your loved ones with yummy, but do not want to bother with the oven? Then I recommend a recipe for how to make a blueberry cheesecake with nuts. It turns out to be light and airy.
Ingredients
- Almonds 1 Glass
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- Dates 8 Pieces
- Lemon juice 5 tbsp
- Cashews 1.5 Cups
- Honey 8 tbsp
- Curd 300 Gram
- Vanilla To taste
- Blueberries 1 Glass
- 1/2 Piece Orange
Directions
- Put almonds, coconut flakes, dates into the blender bowl, pour in lemon juice (2 tablespoons).
- I grind the contents of the bowl into the crumb, the mass is crumbly.
- I have a silicone mold, put the nut mass in it, tamp it tightly with my hands.
- Soak cashews in cold water for 3 hours, then drain the water and transfer them to the blender bowl. Add cottage cheese (200 grams) to the bowl, put honey (5 tablespoons), vanilla, and lemon juice (3 tablespoons). I turn the contents into a homogeneous mass. I put it on top of the walnut layer.
- I mix blueberries with cottage cheese (100 grams) and the remaining honey (3 tablespoons), then grind in a blender. I spread the blueberry layer on top of the curd.
- Cover the cake with cling film and put it in the freezer for 3 hours, then decorate with orange slices and serve.
