  • 250 grams sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the blueberries and lemon juice together and then press them through a sieve. Add sugar and milk and stir again.
  2. Pour the blueberry mixture into the running ice cream maker.
  3. When the ice is firm enough, it can be transferred to a pre-chilled container and kept in the freezer for 2 weeks.
