Blueberry Muffins

Delicate muffins with blueberries.

Ingredients

  • For 6 pieces:
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Sugar – 70 g
  • Eggs – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Flour – 120 g
  • Soda – 1/3 teaspoon.
  • Blueberries – 150 g

Directions

  1. Beat butter at room temperature with sugar.
  2. Add egg, 2 tbsp sour cream, 1/3 teaspoon. soda and gradually add 120 g of flour.
  3. Add 150 g blueberries, mix gently.
  4. Arrange into molds 2/3 of the height. Bake the blueberry muffins for 30 minutes. at 180 degrees.
