Ingredients

  • 80 ml oil
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 250 g yourt (blueberry)
  • 1 point vanilla extract powder (or bourbon vanilla sugar)
  • 50 g corn flour
  • 230 g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
  • Berries, (none from the glass !!)

Instructions

  1. Beat the liquid ingredients into a frothy mixture with a mixer.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients and mix quickly into the liquid mass.
  3. First, fill half of the dough into the molds, put the fruit on top and press something into the dough.
  4. Put the rest of the batter on the berries and bake the whole thing at 180 ° C for approx. 20-25 minutes.
