Ingredients

  • 325 grams flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 5 g yeast, fresh
  • 125 ml milk
  • 3 rolls, or 100 - 150 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 40 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, eggs, yeast and milk into a dough. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  2. Dice the onion and bread roll, toast in the butter. Knead into the dough with the parsley and salt.
  3. Form a roll approx. 7 cm thick. Put in boiling, lightly salted water. Let simmer for 15 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve:
  5. Cut into 2 cm thick slices. Tastes good with all meat dishes rich in sauces, but also with mushroom sauces.
