Boiling Water Cake

I want to tell you a very cool option on how to make a chocolate cake in boiling water at home. It turns out to be incredibly tender, very appetizing and tasty. Great dessert for tea!

Drive eggs into a deep bowl, beat them a little with a fork or whisk.
Add vegetable oil and whisk again. You can use any oil, but better without a strong odor.
In a separate bowl, send the pre-sifted flour and sugar. For aroma, you can add a pinch of vanilla or cinnamon
Add cocoa.
And add baking powder.
Stir everything well until smooth.
Pour dry ingredients into eggs in small portions, stirring constantly. It is important that no lumps form in the dough.
When the mixture begins to thicken too much, add milk in parallel. You can make a cake with boiling water at home and without milk, but it will definitely be better with it.
And at the end, pour in boiling water. Stir everything very quickly and thoroughly until smooth.
You will get such a glossy dough.
Cover a baking dish with parchment, pour the dough into it. Send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake until tender. Before serving, you can pour it over with chocolate icing.
