Ingredients

  • 0.5 liter ½ cola
  • 8 tablespoon ketchup
  • 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • Chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot and noble sweet
  • Curry powder
  • Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Bring the cola to the boil and reduce it until the bottom of the pot is just covered and the cola has a syrupy consistency. This takes about 1/2 hour on full heat.
  2. Let the reduction cool down and stir in all the other ingredients.
