Ingredients

  • 1 kg yogurt, 0% fat
  • 1 handful spinach leaves, frozen or fresh
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Sauté the spinach in a little fat. Add salt, pepper and the pressed garlic. Let cool down well. Put the yogurt in a bowl and mix well with the spinach. If necessary, add a little salt to taste.
  2. It tastes best when left in the refrigerator overnight.
