Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 300 g salami
  • 300 g cheese (sliced cheese)
  • 1 small Can (s) mushrooms, drained
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 350 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon spice mix for pizza

Instructions

  1. Peel or clean the mushrooms with peppers and onions and cut into small cubes together with salami and semi-hard cheese (the smaller it is, the better it tastes).
  2. First whisk the flour with 3 of the eggs and 175 ml of milk. Then add the other three eggs to the bowl and whisk with the other 175 ml milk. Add the pizza seasoning. Fold the vegetables with sausage and cheese into the mixture and pour everything into a prepared springform pan or baking dish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
