Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 125 g butter, room temperature
  • 175 g suar, brown
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 5 small chocolate bars, (chocolate coconut bars, bounty)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C top and bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy, then add the egg.
  3. Mix the flour and baking powder well and sift over the butter-sugar mixture. Mix everything together well to make a smooth dough.
  4. Chop the chocolate bars and stir into the batter.
  5. Prick small heaps out of the dough with a teaspoon and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  6. But be careful: the cookies spread apart during baking.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees (convection) for about 10 minutes.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet and then enjoy.
  9. Thanks to the bounties, the cookies have a slight taste of caramel and coconut. If you like, you can also add some chopped dark chocolate.
