Ingredients
Beef – 800 Grams
Onion – 200 Grams
Carrots – 100 Grams
Bay leaf – 4 pieces
Allspice peas – 8 Pieces
Directions
We wash the beef with running water. We leave to dry on the board. Cut with a sharp knife into equal pieces, not very finely.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Finely chop the peeled carrots on the same board.
Pour some oil into the pan. We spread the onions with carrots, pour a glass of water. Throw in the spices and bay leaf. Basil can be added if desired. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add meat. We increase the fire a little, extinguish everything together. Then add another glass of water, cover and simmer the mixture over the quietest fire for 50 minutes.
