Ingredients
- 60 ml coffee, boiled, strong or espresso
- 5 teaspoon sugar, brown
- 160 ml sparkling mineral water
- 2 teaspoons caramel syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- Put coffee, sugar, caramel syrup and lemon juice in a large glass, stir with a spoon and allow to cool.
- Just before serving, carefully add cold mineral water. Hold the glass at an angle to avoid excessive foaming. Mix carefully with a spoon and enjoy while cold!
