Ingredients

  • 60 ml coffee, boiled, strong or espresso
  • 5 teaspoon sugar, brown
  • 160 ml sparkling mineral water
  • 2 teaspoons caramel syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Put coffee, sugar, caramel syrup and lemon juice in a large glass, stir with a spoon and allow to cool.
  2. Just before serving, carefully add cold mineral water. Hold the glass at an angle to avoid excessive foaming. Mix carefully with a spoon and enjoy while cold!
