- Roll out the finished pizza dough on a prepared baking sheet. Now mix the crème fraiche with the mustard, thyme, salt and pepper and pour onto the dough. Cut the bratwurst into thin slices and spread them on the tray. Drain the corn and sprinkle over it like the fried onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes.
