- 2 large egg (s)
- 2 tablespoon parmesan, grated
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 medium bratwurst (poultry sausage)
- 1 teaspoon oil
- salt and pepper

- Cut the sausage into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Whisk the eggs with the milk, pour the grated Parmesan cheese over them, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausage slices all around. Pour the egg and parmesan milk over the fried sausage slices and cover with a lid and cook for approx. 3 - 5 minutes over low heat. Then simply turn it over and fry for approx. 1 - 2 minutes without the lid.
