Ingredients

  • 1 liter water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 2 pairs bratwurst, smoked
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 6 medium potato (s)

Instructions

  1. Boil water, salt, caraway seeds, marjoram, halved garlic cloves and whole sausages for approx. 30 minutes. Take out the sausages and cut into slices.
  2. Add raw, peeled potatoes - cook for approx. 15 minutes (until soft). Whisk the sour cream with flour and a dash of water and vinegar, stir into the soup and bring to the boil. Sliced sausages with it - done!

  4. Let it stand overnight so that the soup can really set itself - tastes even better! Black bread also goes perfectly with it!
