Ingredients

  • 4 sausages
  • 250 g onion (s), diced
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the sausages and cut into strips. Fry vigorously in oil. Add the onion, fry briefly, quarter the mushrooms, sauté the whole thing for about 5 minutes.
  2. Whisk mustard, cream, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, marjoram, stir into the pan and bring to the boil. Season well with salt and pepper!
  3. Served with mashed potatoes or parsley potatoes!
