Author’s recipe. Very cheesy analog of Italian grissini sticks.
Ingredients
Cheese – 100-150 g
Milk – 1 glass
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Soda – 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
Flour – 3 cups
Sesame – to taste
Directions
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Add sugar and salt to milk. Add 1 cup flour.
Add baking soda and oil. Add cheese. Add the rest of the flour and knead the dough.
Cut off a small part from the dough, roll it into a layer, 2-3 mm thick. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the layer, press it into the dough with a rolling pin. Cut into strips 3-5 cm wide, twist them.
Put the paper on a baking sheet, grease with oil. Place the sticks on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
