Ingredients
- 6 dumplings, (cold bread dumplings)
- 4 sausages
- 1 bunch radishes
- 3 spring onion (s)
For the marinade:
- 5 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon mustard
- 3 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper
- chives

- Cut bread dumplings into cubes. Cut the spring onions into slices and the radishes into sticks. Mix everything, salt and pepper. Cut the chives into rolls.
- Stir the vinegar and mustard until smooth, slowly fold in the oil. Stir in the chives. Drizzle the marinade over the salad. Cut the sausages into slices and fry them in a little oil until crispy. Fold into the salad and serve immediately.
