Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and yeast, add the sugar, salt, pepper, the oat flakes, the herbs, yoghurt and water and knead everything until smooth. Let rise for 5 minutes, knead again briefly.
  2. Pour the dough into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake in a non-preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 50 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, lift the bread out of the pan and bake it on the wire rack, this will also make it crispy from below.
