Ingredients
- 500 g wheat flour type 405
- 1 point dry yeast
- 375 ml water, warm
- 3 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
- 1 teaspoon pepper, from the mill
- 1 tablespoon chives, dried
- 1 tablespoon parsley, dried
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal

- Mix the flour and yeast, add the sugar, salt, pepper, the oat flakes, the herbs, yoghurt and water and knead everything until smooth. Let rise for 5 minutes, knead again briefly.
- Pour the dough into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake in a non-preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 50 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, lift the bread out of the pan and bake it on the wire rack, this will also make it crispy from below.
- Supi dinner only with butter or a spicy spread!
