  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 350 ml water, lukewarm
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix the water, apple cider vinegar, salt and yeast in a container, preferably stirring with a wooden spoon. Knead with the flour to form a dough and place in a greased baking tin, or form a loaf of bread and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Put the bread in the cold oven and bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 1 hour.
  3. In between brush the bread with a little salt water to get a nice brown and crispy crust. This process can be repeated.
