Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon fennel seeds
  • 2 tablespoon caraway seeds
  • 2 tablespoon anise
  • 1 tablespoon coriander

Instructions

  1. Finely grind all ingredients in a moulinette or similar device. Store in a tightly fitting jar
  2. For 500g flour you use about 2 tablespoons of spice. With white bread, a maximum of a knife point. It`s a matter of taste.
  3. If you make small quantities, you have the guarantee that the spice will not be used up.
