Ingredients

  • Rye flour – 130 g
  • Wheat flour – 230 g
  • Fresh yeast – 20 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Kefir – 250 g
  • Margarine – 20 g
  • Pitted prunes – 10-12 pcs.
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 3 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Break the eggs into the bowl of the bread machine. Pour in kefir.
  2. Add margarine. Add salt and sugar. Add crumbled yeast. Add sifted wheat flour.
  3. Sift the rye flour, pour into the bowl of the bread machine. Turn on the multicooker mode “Special”, “Dark crust”.
  4. Soak the prunes and then chop. Add prunes to the dough. Close the bread maker, continue cooking.
  5. The bread with prunes is ready.
