  1. Cut the pumpkin into thin slices.

  3. Dip the slices in flour, on both sides.
  4. Then dip in an egg.
  5. Bread in breadcrumbs or cornbread.
  6. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
  7. Place the roasted pumpkin on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
  8. Breaded fried pumpkin is ready.
