Ingredients

  • 2 turkey schnitzel
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 4 peppers, mildly pickled
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg (s)
  • some Milk
  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Fat for the deep fryer

Instructions

  1. Heat the fat in the deep fryer to 180 °
  2. Beat the turkey escalope thinly under foil, season with salt and pepper. Place half of the sheep`s cheese and 2 hot peppers on each schnitzel and roll up the schnitzel. Pin with beef needles.
  3. Beat the egg with milk and a pinch of salt. Roll the rolls first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs and press the breading down a little.
  4. Fry until golden brown in about 15 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper.
